In order to attend Hillsides Annual Gala in person,
all guests must show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or
proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to the event. 

We will adhere to all public health policies and CDC guidelines
associated with operating a dining event indoors.
