COVID-19 Protocols:
The health and safety of our clients and guests is our highest priority. In order to attend Hillsides Annual Gala in person, we will require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours prior to the event.
CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) will be on-site the night of the event to check proof of vaccination or negative test for all guests and vendors in attendance.
The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination:
- Vaccination card (date of the last dose must be 14 days prior to February 26, 2022)
- A printed or electronic copy of your vaccination card
- Documentation of full vaccination from your health care provider
The documentation of the COVID-19 test must show the following:
- A negative test result
- The test was taken within 72 hours of February 26, 2022
- The type of test is PCR/NAAT COVID-19 or antigen (Ag) or SARS-CoV-2
- The test results must come from a laboratory or health care or test provider
- The results can be printed or electronic copy
Please visit https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/ to access your electronic vaccine record and save it to your Smartphone prior to the event. This will help to avoid any delays at check-in.
Face covering requirements:
The Langham Huntington, Pasadena will be in alignment with the required state and city practices. As of July 21, 2021, all hotel guests, visitors and colleagues must wear a face covering in any indoor public area of the hotel, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating or drinking.
Please stay at home if:
- You are sick or have any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, chills, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, nausea or vomiting.
- You have been in close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibiting symptoms within the last 14 days.
- You have been directed to self-isolate or quarantine by a health care provider or public health official.
- You are awaiting the test of results of a COVID-19 test.
Handwashing and sanitizing reminder:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Hand sanitizer will be available for your convenience.
