How do I register for online bidding?
- Go to https://cometogether2022.ggo.bid/
- Click the "Get Started" button
- Click the green "Create Account" button or login with an account you have already created
- Enter your email address (twice), check the "I'm not a robot" box, and click "Confirm"
- Check your inbox for a verification email (check your junk/spam if you did not receive it)
- Verify payment method, billing address, and mobile number
- Click the "Create" button to complete your account

Once you are registered to bid you will start to receive email and text message updates about the silent auction.
How do I bid on auction packages?
- Search for packages by name or by choosing a category under the drop down menu.
- Bid the next increment or "Bid More" than the next increment. If you choose "Bid More" you can set your maximum bid. If your maximum bid is the highest, the system will automatically bid in your favor until you are outbid or the auction closes.
- To watch a package, select the Star Icon on the package.
- You will be notified by text and/or email if you are outbid at any point before the auction closes and will see an "Outbid" notice at the top of the screen.
- To get back to the main screen, click the Home button at the top.
- To view the packages you have already bid on, click the menu button and select "Bids".
When does the online auction open and close?
The online auction will open on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 9:00AM and close on the evening of the event, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 9:30PM.
If I win an auction package, how will I receive it?
Winning bidders attending the in-person event will be able to take their auction item(s) home with them. Winning bidders not in attendance will have the option to pick up their auction item(s) at Hillsides Advancement Office in Pasadena, California beginning Monday, February 28 through Friday, March 11 OR make arrangements to have the item(s) shipped to you at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot ship items outside of the US.
Will there be a live auction?
Yes, there will be a live auction at the in-person event. Live auction bidding will only be available to those in attendance.
What is the dress code for the in-person event?
Black-tie optional. You can embrace the 60's theme or not!
