What is the dress code for the in-person event?

Black-tie optional. Dress to impress! 

Where should I park?

There is complimentary valet parking at The Westin Bonaventure off of Flower Street between 4th Street and 5th Street. There is also complimentary self-parking at the City National Garage directly across the street on Flower Street between 4th Street and 5th Street. It is connected to the hotel by sky bridge on the 7th floor of the parking garage. Using the self-park option will help avoid any delays in picking up your car from the valet when the event concludes. You will receive parking validation for both options at check-in. 

How do I register for online bidding?

• Go to https://monarchgrove2023.ggo.bid/
• Click the "Get Started" button
• Click the green "Create Account" button OR login with an account you have already created for previous auctions
• Enter your email address (twice), check the "I'm not a robot" box, and click "Confirm"
• Check your inbox for a verification email (check your junk/spam if you did not receive it)
• Verify payment method, billing address, and mobile number
• Click the "Create" button to complete your account

How do I bid on online auction packages?

• Search for packages by name or by choosing a category under the drop down menu.
• Bid the next increment or "Bid More" than the next increment. If you choose "Bid More" you can set your maximum bid. If your maximum bid is the highest, the system will automatically bid in your favor until you are outbid or the auction closes. 
• To watch a package, select the Star Icon on the package. 
• You will be notified by text and/or email if you are outbid at any point before the auction closes and will see an "Outbid" notice at the top of the screen.
• To get back to the main screen, click the Home button at the top.
• To view the packages you have already bid on, click the menu button and select "Bids".

When do the auctions open and close?

The in person silent auction opens on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 6:00PM and closes that night at 9:30PM. 

The online auction will open on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 9:00AM and close Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 2:00PM.

If I win an auction package, how will I receive it?

Winning bidders attending the in-person event will be able to take their auction item(s) home with them.

Winning bidders of the online auction will have the option to pick up their auction item(s) at Hillsides Advancement Office in Pasadena, California beginning Monday, February 27 through Friday, March 10 OR make arrangements to have the item(s) shipped to you at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot ship items outside of the U.S.
